30 days, and you keep the files

A digital book cannot be sent back, so we do not pretend otherwise. If you read it, tried it and it did nothing for your household, write to us within 30 days of buying and we refund the full amount.

How to ask

Write to us from the contact page with the email address you used at checkout. You do not need to justify the request, and you do not need to delete anything. One line is enough.

How long it takes

We start the refund within one business day. Your bank decides how fast it lands, which is usually five to ten days. It goes back to the card or wallet you paid with. There is no other way to send it.

What we will not do

• We will not refund a purchase made with someone else’s card without their involvement.
• We will not refund twice for the same order.
• We will not refund after 30 days, unless something went wrong on our side. If you never received the files, that is our problem to fix and the 30 days do not apply.

If you paid and got nothing

That is not a refund case, that is a delivery case. Use order recovery and the links arrive immediately. If they still do not, write to us and we sort it out before anyone talks about money.

After a refund

If we refund your order under this policy, you do not need to delete the files you already downloaded. Keep them and use them for your own family.
