Type the email address you used when you bought it. We send the download links again, straight away. No account, no order number, no waiting for a human.
If that does not work
Some households buy with one address and read on another, and some payment wallets pass a different address than the one you expected. If nothing arrives within ten minutes:
- Check the spam folder, and search for the sender address.
- Try the address attached to your Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal account.
- Still nothing: write to us from any address and name the date and the last four digits of the card. We will find it. Contact page.
