What we collect, and what we do not

Short version: an email address so we can send you the book, a payment record so we can refund you, and measurement data so we know whether an ad led to a purchase. We never ask you for anything about your child.

Your email address

We ask for it at checkout because it is how the files reach you and how you get them back later. We keep it as long as we sell the book, so that order recovery works. You can ask us to delete it, and then the recovery stops working for you.

Payment details

Your full card number never reaches us. Stripe handles the payment and tells us only that it went through, plus the last four digits and the country, which is what we need to find your order if you write to us. Stripe processes payments on our behalf and also processes transaction data for its own regulatory, fraud-prevention and security purposes, under its own privacy terms.

We do not ask about your child

The worksheets stay on your paper and in your home. Nothing on this site asks you to upload them or to enter anything about your child, and there is no account, no app, no sync. The book asks you to write things down, and we deliberately built no place to put them. The one exception is the contact form, where you decide what you write, and we ask you to leave out anything sensitive about your child.

Messages you send us

What you write on the contact form reaches us as an email and stays in our mailbox like any other message. A copy sits on Cloudflare for 90 days, so that nothing is lost if our mail provider has a bad day, and then it deletes itself. We store the country the message came from, which helps us spot a wave of junk. We do not store your IP address.

Traffic measurement

We use advertising measurement tools from Meta to understand whether an ad led to a visit, a checkout or a purchase, and to improve our campaigns. Meta processes that data for its own purposes as well, under its own terms. Where consent is required, these tools do not run until you accept them.

The newsletter

Only if you sign up for it, and only after you confirm. When you enter your address, we send one email with a confirmation link and nothing else. If you do not click it, the address is never used and we delete it.

Once confirmed, we keep your address, the date you signed up, and the date you confirmed. That record is what proves you asked for this, and we keep it as long as you stay on the list. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works on the first click, and a message to us does the same thing.

The list is stored on Cloudflare in the European Union, and the emails themselves go out through Resend. Both are processors acting on our instructions. We never sell or pass on the list.

Your rights

• Ask what we have about you, and we tell you.
• Ask us to correct it or delete it.
• Ask us to stop emailing you. The unsubscribe link does this immediately, and so does a message to us.
